We want you to be satisfied with TunnelFleet. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
All new subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to your plan's features at no cost. If TunnelFleet isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends — you won't be charged.
If you are unsatisfied with TunnelFleet after your first payment (i.e., when your trial converts to a paid subscription), you may request a full refund within 7 days of that charge. No questions asked.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first. We're happy to resolve billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension during the dispute process.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
