Welcome to TunnelFleet. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TunnelFleet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
TunnelFleet is a VPN server management platform that enables you to provision, configure, and manage VPN servers on your own infrastructure. We provide:
- Automated server provisioning and protocol installation (WireGuard, OpenVPN TCP, OpenVPN UDP)
- Server monitoring and health checks
- User and key management for VPN connections
- Team collaboration and organization management
TunnelFleet does not host VPN servers directly. You are responsible for providing and paying for the underlying VPS infrastructure through your chosen provider.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or organization may not maintain more than one free trial
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans and Pricing
TunnelFleet offers tiered subscription plans with different server limits and features. Current pricing is displayed on our billing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Plan upgrades are charged immediately with prorated billing for the current period
- Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — no immediate refund is issued
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe's dunning schedule. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended. You can update your payment method at any time through the billing portal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TunnelFleet or servers managed through TunnelFleet to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or network intrusion attempts
- Distribute illegal content, including child exploitation material
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Resell or redistribute TunnelFleet services without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TunnelFleet systems or other users' accounts
- Circumvent server limits imposed by your subscription plan
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content, traffic, and activities on servers you manage through TunnelFleet
- You are responsible for complying with your VPS provider's terms of service
- You must maintain appropriate backups of your server configurations
- You are responsible for securing access to the servers you provision
7. Intellectual Property
TunnelFleet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TunnelFleet and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of any data or configurations you create through the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TunnelFleet is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide advance notice when possible.
Since VPN servers run on your own infrastructure, TunnelFleet's uptime does not affect your running VPN servers — only management operations (provisioning, key changes, monitoring) require platform availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TunnelFleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for data loss on your servers, downtime caused by your VPS provider, or unauthorized access to servers due to compromised SSH keys
10. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, a 7-day grace period applies before services are suspended
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately
- Upon termination, we will not delete your running VPN servers — they continue to operate independently on your infrastructure
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TunnelFleet operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
